I was born and raised in Idaho and have lived most of my adult life in this great state. To know me is to know my family. I am married and have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. My hobbies include boating, fishing, hiking, and almost anything that has to do with the outdoors. I am a recent empty nester and look forward to this new phase of my life.

I have been in business in Idaho for over 40 years. I am an entrepreneur, with accomplishments including the Gear Jammer Truck Stop, which I was creator, CEO and an owner for 20 years (located 40 miles east of Boise). I have been a real estate consultant serving the Boise and Meridian real estate market since 1996, but I have had my license for nearly 30 years. Real estate is a passion of mine. Besides my personal home in the Boise real estate market, I also have investments in bare land, a farm, and residential rentals.

I will finish my GRI designation and e PRO in 2009. I have many years of experience in the building industry itself as a construction remodeler estimator to a project manager for remodeling jobs from design to finished homes, large or small. I have worked with many residential and commercial builders. From construction plans, finished single family homes, or pre existing homes to incoming producing units such as a single family home, duplex, fourplex and apartment,I know homes in the Boise Real Estate and Meridian Real Estate markets and the surrounding Treasure Valley areas. I know values of both residential and residential income producing properties for owner occupiers, large investors, or first time investors. I have worked with short sales, foreclosures, and REO ( Bank Owned Property ) in the area.
