Nampa Public Library also hosts lots of fun family events, including a weekly story time for children.  Adults also enjoy the library’s vast offering of books, available for everyone’s enjoyment.

Nampa is most famous for The Idaho Center located at the Crossroads of the Northwest.  This is one of the most used facilities in all of Idaho, with a constant barrage of conventions, sporting events, trade shows, concerts, and theatrical productions.  People come from all over the country to be a part of the activities at The Idaho Center.  It’s central location between Seattle, Portland, Reno, and Salt Lake City puts it in a central location for people all over the Northwest United States. 

The Boise Airport is twenty minutes away from The Idaho Center, making it easily accessible for tourists.  Nampa also has a small airport that can usually accommodate most small aircraft.

Many people come to Nampa for a visit and fall in love with the gorgeous scenery and the active social scene.  Unique restaurants keep residents and visitors well-fed throughout the year.  Le Baron’s Honker Café is a popular stop on the weekends and Graffiti Café is a great place to stop in on your lunch break.  Dutch Inn Restaurant has also earned a strong reputation for good food.
